Erica Newrick is an accredited Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist with 20 years experience in private practice. She is passionate about continued education in her field and has extra knowledge in women’s health, dry needling, Pilates, yoga and Evidence based exercise prescription.

Erica is accredited with both the Australian Physiotherapy Association and ESSA – Exercise and Sport Science Australia.
